A: You will have to satisfy the following three requirements:

1.Having paid unemployment insurance for a full year;

2.Having unemployment registration and the registration is still valid within 2 months after unemployment;3. Being dismissed by employer due to other reasons rather than resignation and planning to look for a new job.
