It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Foreign Service Center and a member of China Association of Foreign Service Trades. It is the only staffing agent appointed by Xiamen Municipal Government for the Chinese employees of Resident Representative Offices in Xiamen of Foreign Enterprise.
