Since its establishment in 1985, Xiamen Foreign Service Center(hereinafter referred to as XMFSC) has been growing with Xiamen Special Economic Zone. During the past 30 years, XMFSC has witnessed the city’s development. XMFSC has always kept a close relationship with the government and therefore has accumulated rich expertise and resources in human resources service and exit and entry service.

Based in Xiamen, XMFSC extends its service to the west coast of the Straits. As our motto goes ‘Services make perfect’, the Second XMFSC Public Service Day was held on Nov.15,2015. The event was composed of donation, auction, charity performance, award ceremony and client company’s presentation, and professional advisory. XMFSC’s client companies, including foreign companies, Xiamen representative offices of foreign companies, state-owned companies and private companies, etc, and the employees of the above-mentioned companies, both Chinese and foreigners; the social communities, merchants and families who are dedicated to public service; and the relevant governmental organizations and agencies all actively participated in the public service activities.

XMFSC’s client companies and representative offices donated their products, such as clothes, shoes, backpacks and air tickets. The employees along with their kids brought their second-hand home appliances, toys and stationary for sale and donated the money to the needy local residents. The public service Day offers a good opportunity for the participants to care for the vulnerable in the society.

In the meantime, XMFSC provided advisory on HR outsourcing service, HR laws and regulations, labor disputes solutions; outbound visa service, foreigner’s employment permit and residence permit, and global education. In addition, the professional lawyers provided advisory on Labor Union, employment relationship, and other legal service, etc on the scene. The senior doctors provided advisory on health care and did blood test, and other health checks on the scene, etc.
