A series of activities of The 33rd Golden Rooster Award Ceremony were successfully held in Xiamen from November 25 to 28, 2020. Entrusted by the Headquarters of Airport Welcome and Departure Team, Xiamen International Service Center Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as XMISC) was responsible for providing the airport welcome and departure service for distinguished guests throughout the whole ceremony.
XMISC paid high attention to this task, a working group was set up and training for volunteers was organized immediately. XMISC had arranged some capable information specialist to sort out the inbound and outbound flight information to ensure that the process of information classification, entry and check was smooth and accurate. During the event, the working group had made careful arrangements, arranging designated staff to stay in Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport Terminals 3 and Terminals 4 all day, setting up welcome stand inside and outside, keeping close contact with the vehicle team and hotel team, all of these were aim to ensure that every guest's arrival and departure reception are well in order. The welcome and departure service task was long and busy, especially the change of guest information and frequent flight changes, it was really a big challenge for the whole working group. Adhere to the concept of “Service Makes Perfect”, XMISC working group started from the first flight to the last flight of the last day, they?completed the task professionally and enthusiastically.
During the event, 1377 distinguished guests were serviced in Terminals 3 and Terminals 4. Through the continuous efforts of all staff, this task assigned by the headquarters was successfully completed without any complaint. It fulfilled its commitment of "Providing Excellent Service from Beginning to End", made contributions to the successful conclusion of the 33rd Golden Rooster Award Ceremony, and won new praise for the beautiful city of Xiamen.
