Eversince the outbreak of COVID-19, Xiamen FSC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd.has systematically implemented the epidemic control and prevention deploymentsof Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd., Xiamen ITG Assets and Operation Co.,Ltd. and Foreign Trade Department as “taking the epidemic as order and takingepidemic control as responsibility”. Xiamen FSC Human Resources Service Co.,Ltd. took the initiative to combine human resources in practice, promulgatedthe epidemic control policies for customer companies and institutions, assistedcustomers and employees in dealing with epidemic control and helped them toresume work smoothly.

XiamenFSC Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. has nearly 1600 labor service outsourcingpersonnel distributed among 149 customer companies and organizations concerningforeign affairs. The implement of the epidemic control work was difficult dueto a large number of employees, the wide distribution of their hometown and thecomplicated situation they faced. After the outbreak of the epidemic, XMFESCOrecognized the importance and urgency of the epidemic control work, activelyfocused on the control policies at the first time, arranged the employees ofthe customer service department to learn and master the policies, and conveyedall those information of control policies and work requirements to customersand employees through multiple contact methods. XMFESCO conducted comparativescreening and hierarchical control according to the nature of customers and thesoundness of their human resources management. We also established a Wechatgroup for epidemic control, assisted our customers in formulatingimplementation plans of epidemic control, guided our customers to map staffdynamic and health condition and establish an information registration ledger.At the same time, we cooperated with the employees of Lujiang Sub-district andYundang Sub-district to carry out investigation, dynamic tracking andpersuasion of 248 people from Hubei Province and 135 dispatched employees fromthe severely-affected areas, as well as 28 employees from the severely-affectedareas of Xiamen Labor Dispatch Service Co., Ltd. Besides, a person wasspecially assigned to survey 20 Chinese employees of foreign consulates inXiamen and followed up their daily health condition. In strict accordance withthe working requirement of “defense input from the outside and spread of theinside”, we carried out a comprehensive survey to make sure nobody was leftout, building up a safe defense line of epidemic control and prevention. Tillnow, no infections or suspected infections of COVID-19 have been identified.
