The28thChina Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival was successfully held inXiamen from November 19 to 23, 2019. Foreign Trade Business Department ofXiamen ITG Assets Operation Group Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Foreign Service Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as"XMFSC ") participated in guaranteeing airport clearance service for domesticand foreign guests.

XiamenITG Holding Co., Ltd., is the chief strategic partner of the festival. Afterreceiving the instructions from the Group’s main leaders, leaders of ForeignTrade Business Department of Xiamen ITG Assets Operation Group Co., Ltd. paidhighly attention to it and dispatched professionals from XMFSC and capable staffsfrom other departments in Foreign Trade Business Department of Xiamen ITGAssets Operation Group Co., Ltd. to cooperate to form a guest reception serviceteam of more than 20 staff, which is divided into four working groups:information communication, foreign language translation, transfer and guidance,vehicle scheduling. All groups are stationed at terminals T3 and T4 of GaoqiInternational Airport all day, fully cooperated with the Reception Office ofthe Municipal Party Committee, carefully arranged the reception work, andearnestly and orderly carried out the guest reception service. The service waslong and heavy. The members of the working group arrived at the airport in themorning every day. The service started from the first flight to the last flightof the day and ended in the early next morning every day. The next day, theycontinued to start the new day's service. With the spirit of professionalismand dedication, the team provided efficient and high-quality reception servicesfor domestic and foreign guests who attended the film festival.

Thanksto the efforts of all staffs, the reception services for domestic and foreignguests at the airport during the film festival was successfully completed andachieved a complete success. Huang Wenhui, the Secretary General of the MunicipalParty Committee, highly affirmed the reception and security work, praised"All the comrades were united in their efforts, carefully planned andimplemented the tasks, which fully demonstrated the efficiency of Xiamen,embodied the spirit of Xiamen and made outstanding contributions ", andexpressed sincere thanks to the staffs! The capability of XMFSC’s guaranteeingairport clearance service has been further improved. XMFSC will continue toadhere to the concept of "services make perfection", in providingcomprehensive guaranteeing service for kinds of major foreign activities.
