The2019 CIFIT and Silk Road Investment Conference (hereinafter referred to as"CIFIT") concluded successfully. Xiamen Foreign Service Center Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XMFSC ") has once againsuccessfully provided the high standard and high quality foreign affairs conciergeservices, including reception, airport customs clearance and conferenceservices for important foreign guests who come to Xiamen.

Thisis the first time that XMFSC has provided foreign affair concierge service forlarge-scale foreign activities after joining the Xiamen ITG Holding Co., Ltd.,.It is also the new appearance of XMFSC after the implementation of the neworganizational structure which established the Foreign Concierge Department.During the meeting, the concierge reception group received 184 importantforeign guests, including 14 foreign guests at the level of deputy ministry,including the vice premier of Serbia, the former Prime Minister of Egypt, theformer Minister of Commerce of the United States, the former Minister ofdefense of Germany, the Secretary General of Jordanian Investment Commission,the executive director of the International Office of Saudi Arabia investmentadministration, the chairman of Qatar autonomous region Commission, and theSecretary General of the World Association of investment promotion agencies andother delegation of dignitaries and business officials; the airport customsclearance group provided customs clearance and courtesy services for 208 VIPsfrom 42 important groups in 18 countries and regions at the Xiamen Airport; thelogistics support team was stationed in Swiss Grand, Xiamen, and set up toprovide comprehensive service support including consultation, coordination,meal arrangement and meeting service for members who participated in themeeting. At the same time, XMFSC actively served the city's investmentpromotion work, made full use of its own channels, and successfully invitedwell-known foreign enterprises, including Toyota Tongshang, All Nippon air,AVIC and so on, to participate in the 2019 CIFIT. In addition, during themeeting, we also held talks with Saudi enterprises to reach an intention ofinternational exchange and cooperation.

Throughcareful planning, careful organization and close cooperation, XMFSC once againsuccessfully guaranteed the concierge service of the CIFIT with professional,warm and thoughtful services, successfully completed various tasks, and washighly recognized by relevant units and guests.
